ETAP emergency lighting creates a safe working and care environment.

Safety in care facilities is critical and provides peace of mind to patients and staff. Radboudumc's new headquarters are fitted with ETAP emergency lighting, which has long stood for quality, sustainability and dependability.

Not only with their high quality and long service life, but also thanks to the ETAP Safety Manager (ESM), ETAP's central monitoring and control system."

Your emergency lighting under control, always and everywhere
Emergency lighting must perform perfectly in order to ensure safety in the event of a power outage. ESM allows for the quick and easy control of the luminaires. A logbook of all checks is generated automatically and in compliance with the standard, thus avoiding time-consuming manual recording.

"Our ESM solution works wired, wireless, as well as with a combination of both, which enabled us to easily integrate the luminaires in the new building into the system already in place," according to Suzette Van Boxtel.

Unique and sustainable
The new main building represents a clever interior design concept as well as an ambitious sustainability policy. "We strive for energy efficiency and circularity in all our designs. We aim to reduce waste to a minimum and cut emissions by at least 55%. To sum up, a perfect match for the Radboudumc," Suzette Van Boxtel concludes.
