ETAP Services will be responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of the lighting and emergency lighting for ASTOR Geel VZW for 20 years. It involves the lighting installation for a residential care centre with 168 residential units in three different buildings near the city centre. The site was commissioned in the spring of 2020. Users and residents will be able to enjoy high-quality lighting for years without a care. ASTOR is a care initiative of a local and social nature, where residents live independently but also together, and care can be provided on demand and according to residents' preferences. The project is designed by Antwerp-based OSAR architects.
