De Zoest

Sports complex de Zoest in Zoersel accommodates two dance halls of 200 m² each and a gym measuring 22 x 26 m. At times, athletes had to deal with a failing lighting installation, which sometimes (partially) broke down, resulting in too little light for comfortable exercise.

Less is more can be taken literally in this project. Originally the sports hall featured 152 luminaires. After ETAP's involvement, only 44 luminaires remain. That is a drop of no less than 70% or how our E7 luminaires represent huge efficiency gains.

ETAP's range of E7 luminaires is particularly suitable for indoor sports infrastructures.
The LED + LENS^TM optics' light distribution is unique and provides athletes with the best possible lighting conditions. The dark days in de Zoest are definitely a thing of the past.
