The Lycée Champollion in Grenoble is a historic building with a rich history and a string of illustrious alumni. Recently, a number of wings and rooms on this impressive campus were renovated, and a new sports hall was added.
Only the historic shell was kept for the renovation, while all other elements were reconstructed.
In order to minimise the impact of the new gym on the existing buildings, it was partially built underground. The E7 light lines emphasise the unique, wavy shape of the roof. In addition, the E7 is the perfect range when it comes to sports halls: its robust housing, high efficiency and long service life ensure years of safe and comfortable game and sports pleasure.
